Hamster.js doesn't not actually support mouse wheel events since this is a built-in feature for JavaScript and browsers, but it creates a solid codebase which removes differences for how this interaction are interpreted by browsers.
The library is very small, framework-agnostic, and should work in all major desktop and mobile browsers.
Hamster.js is very useful in situations where the developer needs extra precision from mouse wheel events, may them be used in page scrolling, zooming, or browser-based games.
A demo is included with the download package.
